We have an issue identified with license file while doing the upgrade from 2.0 to 2.5. So a patch file is needed to get the upgrade successful. Let us know if your issue is resolved or not. We can assist you further if the issue persists.

Hello Sebastian,
We do not have a specific upgrade path. You can directly run the latest version that you would like to go to.
You can visit the <IP_address>/appliance page. You can load the .SWI file under System -> Settings tab.
It would request for a reboot after you apply the changes.

Still no luck.
I have tried with the last version available and nothing.
It uploads the file and then it is supposed Analytics to reboot, but it does not.

For a Virtual Environment, you would need to manually reboot it.
