NSA sending to external syslog in UTC time. How to correct to send in correct time zone?

All,

I have an NSa sending logs to an external syslog server in UTC time. I have unchecked the "Display UTC in logs (instead of local time) checkbox under Applicance-->System TIme and the local logs are correct but not what is being sent the the external syslog server. Has anyone ran across this and what did you do to correct?

~Thanks in advanced

@Tytec I checked with a rsyslog and the timestamp looks good to me, sent by a 6.5.4.9-93n appliance.

The timestamp added by rsyslog is identical to the one sent in the syslog message.
