NSA 2600 - Is there a way to customize the OTP by email?

I am using the SSLVPN. I connected it to my active directory via LDAP. I activated OTP by email for a group of users to get 2FA when connecting to the SSLVPN.
They get the email but it's a plain text email. I need a way to make it more presentable to the users. Is there a way to customize the email or the OTP code?
