NSM Stuck in a Loop

I get an email every day asking me to choose a tenant migration slot and I seem to be stuck in a loop. Not sure what I'm missing, thought I finished the migration however I continue to get the email.
Also, if something is not completed what does this mean for the firewall, will production be impacted?

@works2020 - according to the guide:
10. If the migration process fails, contact Technical Support.
11. If the migration is successful, you will receive Migration was successful message. CSC is migrated to Network Security Manage
Did you get the "successful" email? Either way, if you are getting that message it is time to invoke step 10.
It seems the backend database got problem with this. It is easy fix. Could you please call support line? You will need to go to NSM queue, and a support engineer will be able to reach out engineering team to have it fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience.
