Remove Client Protection Service
I am trying to remove v10.2.313 of the Sonicwall NetExtender VPN Client.
The installation process looks like it worked, but the client is still listed under installed programs (control panel).
The "Client Protection Service" folder still exists under C:\Program Files\Sonicwall\
I am signed in as the domain admin on this laptop. I am unable to kill the CPS service, disable it, or just outright delete the application. I am also unable to change any permissions on the files/folder as the numerous KB articles instruct one to do.
I have also used the Netextender Cleaner Tool.
Am I missing something?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Shan
