My device got error "No Matching Records Found"
I use GMS version 9.3.9316 (Virtual Appliance), GMS Syslogs based
Can someone give advice on the error in this picture??

Hi @AlanNguyen , Check in the Console/Log/ View Log you should see if there are any errors there regarding the Syslog and Summerizer, and check on the Management / Device/ Status to see if there are any errors there with acquisition, that should help with diagnosing what the issue is
I have checked
System -> File manager -> Select Folder (/logs, /syslogs,...) not show anything
And i check "Syslogs Panel" showing "No Matching Records Found"
@AlanNguyen, is this a new installation? did you allocate another Virtual Hard Drive and mount it for the Syslog storage?
See page 74, on the below, if you don't have enough space on the primary you will need to add another VIrtual HDD to the VM Machine and then mount it in the Console/Syslog Agent/Syslog Mount
