TZ fw arping too much

Hello Community,
our customer has a Sonicwall TZ350 - os 6.5.4.9-92n and as soon as he connects a drytek router (but also with a Fritz does the same ..) on a wan port of the firewall, he sees fw starts arping for all the IPs and in the router ARP table section:
router has DHCP disabled.
Any clue on a possible cause of this behaviour?

could you try the wan interface ip block /30? , check arp antispoof settings and try below settings
