Supermassive 9600 - lan2vpn / vpn2lan access rules trouble

I have a problem on a SM9600 .. the access rules self-built by the firewall of the "site to site" vpn are not affected by the traffic and obviously does not pass traffic between the networks. I solved the problem by making allow rules by hand .. but the problem remains .. it does not seem to be a priority problem. If I disable my hand made rule the traffic stops .. Any idea other than switching to another brand is welcome .. :-)

    Please provide more information including the firmware version you are running and sanitized VPN configs...
