Testing 2FA for SSL VPN "Please try again!" Error
Hi,
I've created a local test user in the firewall with 2FA enabled and have gone to https://myfirewall:4433 as per instructed and login, it then presents me with a QR Code. I add it to my Microsoft authenticator and then input the code to bind the app to the login. It however, will just state "Please try again!"
I've gone back into the account and unbind the TOTP as well.
I've tried numerous times and also tried using Google Authenticator without success.
Its a TZ400 on 6.5.4.9-92n firmware.
Anyone know whats going on?
Thanks much

Try a different browser...
I have, Edge, Chrome and firefox. Still get the "Please try again!" when entering the 2FA code.
What else have you tried so we don't overlap suggestions...
Rebooting the firewall, different browsers, different 2FA apps, creating a new user. What else is there to try?
Downgrade the firmware to the previous version; add the user to a group with TOTP enabled rather than enabling TOTP on the user; factory default and re-setup the unit...
strange - but why not ? do you have an android 12 for scanning the QR?
