How do I know the generation & port link speed of my firewall?

I have tz600 so my question is how do I know the generation of my firewall?

is it generation 6 or 7?

There is X0 to X9 ports...

what is the supported link speed of all that ports?

I mean they support 100mbps or 1gbps? is there have any maximum limit of link speed?
