Issue with installing battle.net - being blocked by the content filter itself rather than a category

Having issues with gaming students installing battle.net

Its being blocked by the content filter as a service rather than an individual category. See the attached logs if that helps..

I've tried adding the ip addresses into the URL excludes and the ports are open going out to the internet

    Hi @FCAdmin ,

    press the left side arrow button on the logs. it shows content filter policy name. Find the policy name en add the exclution list for this cfs policy.
