Capture Client Enforcement

Hello Community

After I've shared a CC license from my tenant to this firewall, I've tried to activate the enforcement within a Windows PC on the firewall LAN, creating a dedicated Endpoint policy for it. But even if the firewall soon after the enformcement direct me to the correct download page, and I've followed three times the installation procedure, after the CC is installed the firewall continue to block me while the client show firewall not detected.

Let mw know ho to solve this.
