My Sonicwall is not connecting to the internet

When appliance is rebooted it goes into a yellow light on the Power 2 button. The power 1 button is blue. It will then go into a slow blinking yellow light on the wrench. I cannot connect to the firewall with our IP address.

    Have you plugged a laptop or pc directly into your modem or ONT to make sure you have internet there first?

    Yes. I have confirmed this. We had really bad wind storms here last night and lost power several times. I have narrowed it down to power or corrupt firmware. If I could just connect to it with our IP, but it seems that the safe mode is potentially not letting me in. Tried several different power cords and connecting laptops.
