Hello, Please hep

Not able to connect to SONICWALL VPN from my house's WIFI (Railwire), but i can connect to the same VPN when i am connected to Mobile Hotspot. Please help.

When I connect to Home's WIFI, it doesnt even pop up the user name and password window. Please help.

Hi @swatig

The issue due to either your ISP modem / provider is blocking the VPN legacy port and I assume you are using the Global VPN Client. So my recommendation is to use the SonicWALL NetExtender (SSL VPN) to avoid the issue.
