Tech Tips: How to report mis-classified FN/FP Phishing email

CAS customer can report mis classified false negative or false positive phishing email by taking following steps.-

  • Select email from Phishing Detection section under Analytics >>> Customer Query or from Analytics >>> Office365 Mail.
  • Click on ‘Report mis-classification’ option to report it.
