Can't ping remote computers

Hello Everyone, I am using Connect tunnel application to access remote computer's of our client. I can successfully login to our client network but when I try to ping the IP address of our client's computers, I don't get any response. Few of my colleagues can connect to the network and get response from the device when they ping, So I don't think its some issue on my client's end.For me it looks like something on my Laptop is the culprit, Just wondering if anybody in this community had dealt with this kind of similar issue? My OS is win 10 64bit.Connect tunnel version I am using is 12.4.01.1005.

    Hi @Mejo

    Check the end point system enabled windows firewall or AV firewall service. If its enabled, disable those services and try.
