SMA - Connect Tunnel is unable to negotiate with the VPN server.

Hi, I have an error below to connect to sma using connect tunnel, The error started to occur after changing the access fqnd, before it was access.xyx.com.br and now it is access.dominio.com.br, We changed the default certificate in SSL settings and managed to access workPlace, without errors, but via connect tunnel it shows the error. When we use the old FQND it connects normally
