There seems to be a distinct regression in access/service thru my SMA 200 with firmware 10.2.1.1 sv19 installed very recently.
Log in to your MySonicWall.com account.
On the left menu, click Support Management (new it seems in 18.9). On the expanded sub-menu click Manage Cases.
On the right-hand side of the resulting window, click Create Case and provide the device serial number.
Enter the appropriate Title, Description and Environment information.
