NSA2600 - 2FA codes not working after reboot

in Mid Range Firewalls

Had this twice on two separate customers.

NSA2600's in HA

2FA working fine for all users before the reboot of the firewall, afterwards code are not accepted.

Only solution is to unbind all users!

Anybody else seen this please? Is there a fix please?

    I have a case open with support to confirm but reading the latest release notes, this looks to be a known issue. So hoping that updating the firmware to 6.5.4.8-89n will fix this.
