Azure VPN with BGP + SD-WAN

I just read the two articles "How Do I Configure A BGP Route Based VPN Between A SonicWall Firewall And Azure?" and "How Do I Configure SD-WAN Using VPN Numbered Tunnel Interfaces?".

How do I combine the two? Meaning that I can use performance probes to select between the tunnels in active-active mode? Or simply always use the better interface unless it's down since the connections are fiber and 5G so the fiber will almost always have better latency and throughput.

Anyone done this and has some pointers?
