Yes Ma'am, and thank you for your help.
At first the issue was occurring when a user was disconnecting from a TS session; the PC @ the office would lock up.
Now that I've had a chance to further troubleshoot the office PCs, I know it was a hardware issue, so that's where I wanted to move it to.
I'll add some good details for the community to share.
Also, do I have the right to close a discussion and or a problem when I solve it myself?
Is there a FAQ for newbs that I can check out? Thank you very much.

Hmmm. I see that the Community does not have a Hardware category.
