SNMP not connecting from internal network with PRTG

Hi,

I am trying to connect PRTG using SNMP as per the below link, but i am not able to connect through local LAN (same subnet), but i can connect from my outside network using public IP. let me know any rules I need to configure.

    Do you have snmp ticked on your LAN interface (default X0) ?? because you are on the same subnet with your PRTG server you do not need to configure any FW rules.
