CAS Tenant not accessable

Hi,

any idea who we can contact for CAS issues?

We are waiting for more than a week (case 43775813) to access one of our CAS Tenants again.

It seems to be a DNS issue, hopefully the tenant was not deleted.

Very disappoiting 😥
