Time-of-Click Protection Rewrite URL changed?
Hi,
did SonicWall changed without Notice the URL for rewritten Links when Time-of-Clock (ToC) Protection is enabled?
In the past it was https://urlprotection-fra.global.sonicwall.com/... but now it seems to be https://es.sonicurlprotection-fra.com/... which is not cool because something like this has to be communicated to the enduser and their IT staff. This is valid for the same Firmware Version 10.0.10.6443, I recieved both URLs with that Firmware stamp.
The icing on the cake is the privacy/paranoia driven Registrant Whois Information for that domain in question:
Registrant Name: Registration Private Registrant Organization: Domains By Proxy, LLC Registrant Street: DomainsByProxy.com Registrant Street: 2155 E Warner Rd Registrant City: Tempe Registrant State/Province: Arizona Registrant Postal Code: 85284 Registrant Country: US Registrant Phone: +1.4806242599 Registrant Phone Ext: Registrant Fax: +1.4806242598 Registrant Fax Ext: Registrant Email: sonicurlprotection-fra.com@domainsbyproxy.com Registry Tech ID: Not Available From Registry
No affiliation to/with SonicWall, why on gods earth should that be trusted?
Can someone of the PM please enlighten me what's that all about?

Hi @BWC,
Thank you for flagging this with SonicWall, we are looking into it and will get back to you with updates. Apologies for any inconvenience!
Hi @EnaBev any word on this? The whole thing leaves a bad impression.
It seems that for each region a separate Domain got registered on Sept 4th 2020, sonicurlprotection-(ams|fra|mia|sjl|tko).com.
Looking forward to get an explanation.

@BWC I will message you directly on this to explain the why.
Anything else would have to be addressed by PM.

Thanks @David W (as always) for the message, I shared my opinion how it got handled to you, maybe you can forward it up the chain, because there is plenty of room for improvement.
If there is broader demand for clarification the Community has to speak up and SNWL has to deliver.
