Sonicwall TZ400 - Postage machine cannot access update site

I have a customer that has a postage meter and they need to do a rate update on it but cannot access the system over the Internet; apparently the server we need to connect to is in Germany. They said ports 80 and 443 need to be open and there should be no blocks on Germany; they also talked about whitelisting the sites but not sure how this is done. Any help would be appreciated.

I tried to go into the Sonicwall but the Geo-IP filtering wasnt implemented on the firewall
