Packet lost to particular server

in Entry Level Firewalls

Hello

I am pinging to Head office and the ping test result is 100% but When I pinging to a server present at Head office location the packet lost rate is very high.So how to find the exact issue? is there any hardware issue or wrong settings?

    I have MPLS set up terminate at my L3 and I am pinging to application server present at Head office and I am getting packet lost around 0.3% frequently.Also I have checked the bandwidth utilisation reports.So there is no bandwidth issue.
