SMA-1962 Unable to open Excel or Word files using SharePoint.

Does anyone know anymore details about this known issue? I'm on the newest 9.x firmware on my SMA 200, and haven't moved to the 10.x firmware yet. I was reading the release notes and in known issues it just says:

SMA-1962 Unable to open Excel or Word files using SharePoint. 

No details, no anything (which I sort of expect from SonicWall these days, really), so I'm not sure if that's for their mobile office stuff, or does it mean that connecting with the VPN would somehow break all functionality of opening Excel or Word documents? I don't see how it could but who knows, and being able to open Excel and Word docs from SharePoint is sort of important.

    I contacted support, their answer:

    This issue is specific to opening files through application offload portals to sharepoint server.

    If you are using netextender or RDP via virtual office,there should be no impact.
