GMS 9.3 flow based and Gen7 firewall: issue with Reporting and Analytics

Hello Community, one of our customer has problem between GMS 9.3 deployed in flow based mode and a NSa 3700 (Gen7) firewall. Even if all the flows are received by the GMS:

both HOME section and REPORT section don't provide any menù (as happened in the NSA2600 instlead):
