TZ600 Web gui inaccessible following update

I lost access to the Web GUI after upgrading the firmware to SSH still works. Occasionally 1 out of 10 attempts, I will get a logon prompt screen, but it does not work, clicking submit does nothing. This firewall is at a remote site, I have soft restarted via CLI it and had some one manually power cycle it at site.

    Welcome to the SonicWall community.

    Since you SSH access to the firewall, you can run commands like 'diag show cpu' and 'show tech-support-report' and send those files to our Support team for further analysis.

    This definitely needs further investigation to find the root cause of the issue.
