Hi, I'm running Analytics 2.5 on a ESX virtual appliance and an having issues with database corruption, this is the second time this has happened in a month and wondered if anyone else has experienced this
I could see your past support case meant for the On-Prem analytics appliance status screen reports that the firewall is down and the flow agent is down affecting the reports. As per log traces, it looks like the disk was malformed resulting in corruption. Could you please check the logs and verify if it is the same situation now as well? If so, then this needs a serious attention.
Hi Saravanan, looking back on the previous Ticket the issue seems to be the same...
sqlcCoreSqlExec, 8236, Could not step (execute) stmt table[25] replace[1] errcode[11] dbi[0x7fb0e001f900] inDb [0x7fb0e005d738] errmsg [database disk image is malformed]. ---- Tue Jun 1 15:03:40 2021
