Cant connect to Network via GVC

Ive created Group WAN VPN and configured the GVC Client on my Windows 10 machine. Able to sign in but status show error. When i checked the logs, it says the number of users has exceeded the gateway license. please try again. Im the only person trying to connect to vpn.
