wifi mobile calling fails in wlan zone works on lan zone

Hello I have a tz400 and am having difficulty making wifi calls.


wlan traffic set with vlan xxx

lan subnet traffic (management vlan)

wifi calling will not work on wlan but will work fine on lan subnet

we use wlan for customer traffic and lan for internal wifi traffic. WIFI calling works fine through the SSID on the lan zone but will not connect on the SSID passing through the wlan zone

This issue is with both android and apple products

    Is this a new setup? Please make sure the access rule between WLAN and LAN zone is allowed for the WiFi calling service/port. If access rule is in place, please let me know the setup in detail to assist you further.
