SWS14-24 is showing unreachable after upgrade to TZ570

I upgraded my firewall from a TZ500 to TZ570, and had just recently added an SWS14-24 switch. It was showing reachable on the TZ500, but I hadn't yet configured it.

I upgraded to the TZ570, and it is now showing as unreachable. I cannot seem to determine how to delete delete it or make it reachable. I have verified that I plugged the cables into the correct ports, but still nothing.

Anyone have any ideas what I am missing?

Did you import the settings from the TZ 500 to TZ 570 or this was a new setup from scratch?

Please take a look at the following KB, they list the steps to integrate the switch with the firewall. Apologize that the screenshots are for Gen 6, but the steps are the same on Gen 7 as well.
