NSM License/Registration

Hello All,


This is likely going to be a very simple question compared to others. I can not seem to figure out where to register/turn on NSM for the life of me. It is greyed out in "Capture Security Center" and when I attempt to register my appliance the option to use cloud is also greyed out. I see in older documentation to look under license and somewhere to turn on cloud but I can not seem to find this anywhere in the newer platform ui/ux.

    If the option to use cloud for management is greyed out are you sure you have NSM licensing?

    In MySonicwall \ My Workspace \ Tenant Products locate the device in question and click on its serial number. Check the Licenses tab that NSM Essential or NSM Advanced have product expiry dates. If not you can start a trial.

    Go back to Product Details tab, you should be able to set the Managed By option to Cloud.

    This can also be enabled during initial registration of the device.
