emails could not send out

exchange send connector says "no smtp here" when connecting the domain.de.outbound.snwlhostedeu.com

took me hours to understand this. Check firewall, exchangeserver...

Call Sonicwall support : your WAN Adress is blacklisted ! WHAT : no ! not on WAN blacklists please check it on http://ipreputation.global.sonicwall.com/view it is internal blacklisted !!!!! Why - what is wrong?

Ok today we will have to check emailsecuritys...

at least 3 other customers , also in the row

why is there NO Information on HES Portal ???? We phoned with angry customer and spend much time to get this issue done. But you made things on back end then ...?

congratulaiton ! i´m really not amused.

    Hosted Email Security - outbound email delivery Issue - Identified 

    Incident start: 05/25/2021 04:52PM UTC 

    We are seeing a issue with outbound email delivery for some customers due to IP reputation. Please go to http://ipreputation.global.sonicwall.com and add your IP. If you have multiple tenants, please open a web case and add the IPs that need to be removed from IP reputation.
