How to turn off Outbound e-mail checking?

I could have sworn that there was an option to turn Outbound e-mail checking off or on, and I've had it off. Ever since I installed version 10.0.10, I've been getting notifications about Outbound e-mail being quarantined, and they've all been false positives. I'm constantly having to go in and unjunk the messages so they can be sent. How can I turn this off again? I can't find the option anywhere.

    Look at the Antivirus outbound settings page.

    All of the outbound quarantine options are on that page.
