No user info on CAS 'license Configuration' page.

License Configuration page on CAS -SaaS Security UI will not show user info if customer decided to skip email scan with CASB. 

The licensing page works off of the emails SAAS which is why there would be no information to display. 

That means if customer added only O365 OneDrive to SaaS active list on CAS, license Config page won't have any user info. In this case 'total Licenses' will show '0' instead of '5' in following diagram.
