Problems syncing sonicpoint Ni

Dear


Nice to greet you, I am new to the community, I have some inconveniences to be able to synchronize new sonicpoints Ni with my NSA3600, when replacing the damaged sonicpoints with new ones at the same point the device does not synchronize with the firewall that may be passing, did you tests in active point and the sonicpoint does not recognize me, the ones I have are poe and it does not have a port to put it current.


I hope you can help me with this incident, thank you very much for your collaboration and time

    Thanks for reaching out to the SonicWALL Community !

    1- Does firewall detect the replaced Sonicpoint Ni under Access Point << Base settings ?

    2- If yes then in what state the AP is stuck while provisioning ?

    3- Is Sonicpoint getting an IP address via DHCP from the respective interface [Check from DHCP server leases and verify by confirming via Mac address (Mac address should be the serial number of the AP)] ?
