Unjunk URL certificate

I'm going to purchase a certificate for the URL we have listed in our junk summary notifications. Is there anything special I need to consider regarding the cert. we choose to purchase? I guess I'm asking is if there's really any sensitive data transmitted when the user clicks the un-junk, or view link in the summary notice email they receive? From what I can tell there isn't but I wanted to confirm.
