Issues with Global VPN on a Microsoft Surface disconnecting.

Having issues with Global VPN on a Microsoft Surface. The VPN disconnects and can only be re-connected by rebooting the surface. This problems exists with version 4.10.5.1224 and the previous version VPN Client. Running the 64-bit version on an up to date copy of Windows 10 PRO version 20H2, OS build 19042.867. When updates were made on the OS, the VPN Client was re-installed last.

The VPN disconnects after the Surface locks the screen or goes to sleep.

    @GG__2,

    I do not see anything such reported on our end, but this issue definitely needs more analysis based on GVC logs, firewall GUI logs and TSR and it would best to take help from support.

    Meanwhile, could you please test with SonicWall Mobile Connect that uses SSLVPN to make sure that the end user can still connect remotely via VPN?
