I have a customer who is asking about the End of support, Active retirement, last day order, etc for his SM9200. Or what would be an upgrade new model for this SM9200.

It would be appropriate to check the datasheet and decide the firewall model as a replacement. You can also talk to our Sales team on the Secure Upgrade process and check the firewall model to replace the existing one.
