DDNS settings questions

in VPN Client
My DDNS profile keeps disabling saying invalid account. I have triple checked settings and they are all correct. Latest firmware uploaded. Ping responses from DDNS hostname, but I cannot get the profile to stay enabled. Anyone have this issue before?

Thank you for visiting SonicWall Community.
Could you please let me know the DDNS provider that you have account with? One thing what I have seen in my past experience is to use a DDNS account password without special characters. Delete and create the DDNS profile on the SonicWall if you are changing the password on the DDNS account.

I have seen this before and it seems to depend on the DDNS provider as well as the model / firmware version. I feel like its mostly with DynDNS and no-ip, but not ChangeIP.
No special characters in the password?!? LOL
