Hi all,
is anyone aware of the reason why a SMA 6200 showing a higher count of active users on the Dashboard?
A customer reported 110 Users (out of 100 licensed) active on the Dashboard, which caused rejection of new connections with the License Limit exceeded message.
But if I hit the View button to check who is logged in I can only see 63 Sessions active (licensed).
Is this a known problem and already addressed? The situation is reoccurring, the appliance got restarted 3 days ago.

if anyone is facing this issue (which is probably coming back until fixed) this did the trick, shout out to the Support Team:
Login using SSH Use Root/admin password Execute the commands : policyinfo /etc/init.d/policyserver restart policyinfo
