Is it just me or is everyone having issues with messages getting stuck in SonicWall HES capture box?

Looks like nothing is getting thru, and when looking at the message details, almost all say:

SMTP Error Response

good Error connecting to 127.0.0.1:2598: Connection refused

good Error connecting to 127.0.0.1:2598: Connection refused

good Error connecting to 127.0.0.1:2598: Connection refused

good 421 4.4.5 Service not available, too many connections, code=CL82 202103091851376005984;14220

    Most of the time when we see this the down stream server is having as issue, like O365 tends to have on a regular basis.

    You would need to open a case with support to dig deeper into it for the cause.
