My SSLVPN bookmark never connects via the HTML5 RDP. I have 2 bookmarks; the one to a server connects fine. The other connecting to a Win 10 machine reports back a Session Timeout, Please Log In Again error. The HTML5 RDP window opens, but never connects to the Win 10 machine. Thoughts?? Thank you!

    Is this issue only specific to windows 10 machine users and HTML5 RDP service? Could you please share the screenshot of the exact error?

    just covering the basics here, but Remote Access on the Windows 10 machine is enabled? You're able to connect via RDP from another machine in the LAN to it? Did you checked the Windows Firewall for having the traffic allowed?

    Where is your bookmark on, a SonicWall Firewall (TZ / NSa / NSv) or a SonicWall SMA? If it's a SMA, does your access rules allow the necessary traffic from the SMA to the Windows 10 machine?
