Virtual Office Portal slow to load login page?

Has anyone else experienced consistently slow loading times (average 20 seconds, sometimes faster but most of the time even slower) of the sslvpn virtual office web portal login page? This is on a TZ470 with latest firmware over a 20 Mbps fiber Internet circuit across different browsers and computers.

The management web portal loads consistently fast in a few seconds, in comparison.
