Mobile connect not work from MAC

The Mobile connect client is not working. The connection errors out. Using was working fine.

MAc high Sierra version 10.13.6

Mobile connect version 5.0.7 5042

SMA 400 firmware

Using receives the following message.

    Were there any changes to your environment? Have you tried connecting with the Mac from a different internet connection (ISP)?
