SMA 6200 - 12.4.0-02725 Terminal Server black screen
a customer reported when accessing Terminal Server resources through a Web only Browser session, he gets since installing the Oct 2020 hotfix (12.4.0-02725) only a black screen. This was working fine before, no other changes in the environment.
We already tried all kind of browsers, but the outcome is the same. It's not an Access Rule related issue, all connection attempts are accepted.
Did anyone else experienced this and is already in touch with Support?
