TZ 215 cannot authenticate smtp with OFFICE365

Hi
I am trying to configure alerts to be sent to an OFFICE365 account.
And the account I am configuring on TZ215 is also from OFFICE365 service.
I tried the same scenario with a TZ300. No problems there. But TZ215 (SonicOS Enhanced 5.9.2.13-7o), I cannot...
Any ideas?

Could you please let me know if you are able to login with the same username and password to the Office 365 account via web or outlook app?
Also, tell me what port number is being used for SMTP in your case.

Yes, I often use this email account.
And it works fine when I configure the same settings on a TZ300.

The setting looks good and indeed the issue doesn't happen with a different TZ 300 firewall.
Do you have any sort of Two Factor Authentication enabled for the user account used in Log Automation? If so, please disable and try.

Email account if fine. It is not enabled for Two Factor Authentication.
And remember that I have no problems with a TZ300 and this account.
