Global VPN Disconnects When Traffic Goes Through The Tunnel

I have an issue with my Global VPN client connections. I can establish the connection, but when I try to ping or access resources on the remote network the tunnel drops and then reconnects. I can never access any of the resources because as soon as the tunnel sees packets it drops the connection and restarts. I am not sure what to do from here. Any suggestions would be INCREDIBLY helpful!

Hi @RGMConsulting
I never experienced this, but did it worked before? Does a local router interfere, does it offer some kind of VPN-passthrough?
You're running the lastet GVC and SonicOS available for your environment? How does the routing table look like when the tunnel is established, could this be a routing issue?
Sorry to be on a fishing expidition here.

Hi @RGMCONSULTING,
Thank you for visiting SonicWall Community.
Could you please let me know if this is a fresh GVC setup or an existing one thats broken? Have you ensured the GVC configuration on the firewall is as per the below KB?

Hi @RGMConsulting
Try to disable the NAT traversal in the client side and try.
--> disable NAT traversal in the client, select the Connection in GVC and then select File -> Properties. Select the Peers tab and then select the appropriate peer (head-end firewall) and choose Edit. Next choose NAT Traversal and select Disabled.
NB: Try disabling the firewall and antivirus applications on the workstation.
We have some similar issues with an NSA Sonicwall.
When both sides are connected via GVC and someone is calling the other user in the moment the other user answer the call by accepting it his connections break and he needs mostly to reboot his PC.
